Thermodur resin withstands range top use and oven use up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes with a stainless steel release mechanism, the detachable handles ensure safety and modularity in your kitchen. The removable long and side handles are guaranteed for ten years against all manufacturing defects.

Attaching and removing the long handle:
• To attach, place the end of the handle in the slot of one of the cooking utensil, and lower it until the safety lock is engaged (you'll hear a '"click"sound)
• To remove, place the cooking utensil on a stable, flat surface, pull the lock-release button and raise the handle.
Attaching and removing the side handles:
• To attach, place the side handles on the cooking utensil through the slit, with the button facing upward, and push until the lock is engaged.
• To remove, place the cooking utensil on a stable, flat surface, press the button and pull outward.
Safety:
• Side handles must always be used in pairs for recipients with a capacity of more than 3 liters. A side handle and long handle combination should not be used on heavy cooking utensils.
• Under normal usage conditions, handles and grips remain at a moderate temperature. In the event of overheating, use an insulated glove.
• On gas stove, remove handles and side handles while cooking.
• When oven-cooking, do NOT leave the handle inside.
• In the event of a malfunction, bring the item back to your place of purchase for a return to the factory.
• Only Cristel removable handles and side handles should be used.
