INGREDIENTS
- 22 oz of apricots
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 60 cl of milk
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- ¼ cup of flaked almonds
- Lavender flowers
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, eggs and milk.
Cut the apricots and distribute them in 6 mini fryingpan.
Cover with the previous mixture then sprinkle with almonds and lavender flowers.
Bake 30 minutes in the oven.
