INGREDIENTS
- 4 squids, cleaned
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped preserved lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt/pepper
METHOD
Marinate the squids for 30 minutes in olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon and sun-dried tomatoes.
Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove, and test the heat using the 'water drop' technique.
Grill the squids for 5 minutes on each side and season.
