INGREDIENTS
- 3 lb peeled pumpkin
- 1 cup orange juice without pulp
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 5 oz honey
METHOD
Put the pumpkin, orange juice and carrot juice in the saucepan.
Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.
Blend the mixture and put it through a strainer if needed.
Add in the honey and set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Serve in glasses with a straw.
Tip: if you do not have any carrot juice, you can use only orange juice instead.
